Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CUL4B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,697 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CUL4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSXP9, CDRT15P7, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with CUL4B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL4B-to-partner and partner-to-CUL4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SSXP9 grouped by CUL4B-low versus CUL4B-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
