Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CUL4B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CUL4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPVL1, USP17L20, and USP17L18. Each is linked with CUL4B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CUL4B-to-partner and partner-to-CUL4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPVL1 grouped by CUL4B-low versus CUL4B-high in OESOPHAGUS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CUL4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CUL4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
