CTSZ

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSZ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,791 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLCO2B1, ITGB2, and HTRA4. Each is linked with CTSZ in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSZ-to-partner and partner-to-CTSZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTSZ versus SLCO2B1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
