CTSW

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTSW protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,095 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSW-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZAP70, PRF1, and NCR3. Each is linked with CTSW in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSW-to-partner and partner-to-CTSW results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTSW versus ZAP70 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSW→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSW) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
