CTSC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTSC RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,296 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTSC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB38, ZC3H12C, and ELL2. Each is linked with CTSC in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTSC-to-partner and partner-to-CTSC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTSC versus RAB38 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTSC→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTSC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
