CTRL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTRL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,231 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4769, RNA5SP416, and MIR6803. Each is linked with CTRL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTRL-to-partner and partner-to-CTRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4769 grouped by CTRL-low versus CTRL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
