Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTRL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, A-Raf_pS299, and Ku80. Each is linked with CTRL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTRL-to-partner and partner-to-CTRL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by CTRL-low versus CTRL-high in UCEC.
