Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTPS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,669 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFYBP1, CYCSP49, and BTF3P15. Each is linked with CTPS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTPS1-to-partner and partner-to-CTPS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NFYBP1 grouped by CTPS1-low versus CTPS1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
