Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTNNAL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,232 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTNNAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BFSP1, FGF13, and MYH11. Each is linked with CTNNAL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTNNAL1-to-partner and partner-to-CTNNAL1 results are reported.
