Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYPD2, ONECUT1, and GPR148. Each is linked with CTBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTBP1-to-partner and partner-to-CTBP1 results are reported.
