CTBP1-AS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTBP1-AS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,488 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTBP1-AS-associated genes across cancer lineages are N4BP2L2-IT2, CICP14, and ZNF8. Each is linked with CTBP1-AS in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTBP1-AS-to-partner and partner-to-CTBP1-AS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTBP1-AS versus N4BP2L2-IT2 in KIRC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTBP1-AS→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTBP1-AS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
