Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTAGE8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTAGE8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-434P, MORC1-AS1, and RNU6-889P. Each is linked with CTAGE8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTAGE8-to-partner and partner-to-CTAGE8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-434P grouped by CTAGE8-low versus CTAGE8-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTAGE8→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTAGE8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
