CTAG1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CTAG1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,194 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTAG1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Nuclear pore localization, and Nucleus organization. Each is linked with CTAG1A in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTAG1A-to-partner and partner-to-CTAG1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal large subunit assembly grouped by CTAG1A-low versus CTAG1A-high in HNSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTAG1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTAG1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
