Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CTAG1A RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CTAG1A data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CTAG1A RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CTAG1A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and BLCA show a favorable association.

COAD, THCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where CTAG1A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
