CTAG1A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTAG1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CTAG1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC74A, GAPDHS, and NPRL2. Each is linked with CTAG1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTAG1A-to-partner and partner-to-CTAG1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CTAG1A versus LRRC74A in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CTAG1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CTAG1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
