Across TCGA cell cohorts, CTAG1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CTAG1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Phenformin, BAM7, and Vinblastine. Each is linked with CTAG1A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CTAG1A-to-partner and partner-to-CTAG1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Phenformin grouped by CTAG1A-low versus CTAG1A-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
