Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CT55 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 971 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CT55-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1537, RNA5SP93, and RNU6-340P. Each is linked with CT55 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT55-to-partner and partner-to-CT55 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1537 grouped by CT55-low versus CT55-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CT55→partner) and Y-score (partner→CT55) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
