Across TCGA patient cohorts, CT45A10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,946 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CT45A10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic sister chromatid separation, Metaphase chromosome alignment, and Attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with CT45A10 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT45A10-to-partner and partner-to-CT45A10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitotic sister chromatid separation grouped by CT45A10-low versus CT45A10-high in LIHC.
