CSRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 89 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SFPQP1, RNU6-1228P, and MIR4727. Each is linked with CSRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-CSRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SFPQP1 grouped by CSRP1-low versus CSRP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
