CSMD3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSMD3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,101 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSMD3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA12A, NFATC4_S311, and PSD3. Each is linked with CSMD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSMD3-to-partner and partner-to-CSMD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSMD3 versus HSPA12A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSMD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSMD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
