CSMD3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSMD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,438 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSMD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUSD6, ELK3, and NLRC5. Each is linked with CSMD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSMD3-to-partner and partner-to-CSMD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CSMD3 versus SUSD6 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSMD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSMD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
