CSMD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSMD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,825 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSMD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB1, ESCO2, and ZWILCH. Each is linked with CSMD3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSMD3-to-partner and partner-to-CSMD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUB1 grouped by CSMD3-low versus CSMD3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSMD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSMD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
