CSMD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSMD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,771 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSMD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRCC1, SRPRB, and CCNI. Each is linked with CSMD3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSMD3-to-partner and partner-to-CSMD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRCC1 grouped by CSMD3-low versus CSMD3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSMD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSMD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
