Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSMD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,357 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSMD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA4, CDCA8, and RCC1. Each is linked with CSMD2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSMD2-to-partner and partner-to-CSMD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA4 grouped by CSMD2-low versus CSMD2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSMD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSMD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
