CSF3R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CSF3R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CSF3R-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC4A1, ANKRD30BL, and OLIG3. Each is linked with CSF3R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF3R-to-partner and partner-to-CSF3R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC4A1 grouped by CSF3R-low versus CSF3R-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSF3R→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSF3R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
