Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CSF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CSF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AK4P6, POU5F1P5, and CXXC4-AS1. Each is linked with CSF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CSF2-to-partner and partner-to-CSF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AK4P6 grouped by CSF2-low versus CSF2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CSF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CSF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
