CRYZP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYZP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,170 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRYZP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SF3B3, PUS7, and TRRAP. Each is linked with CRYZP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYZP1-to-partner and partner-to-CRYZP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRYZP1 versus SF3B3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRYZP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRYZP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
