Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CRYZP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CRYZP1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher CRYZP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CRYZP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and UCS show a favorable association.
LGG, KICH, and CESC are the cancer types where CRYZP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
