Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYZL2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,924 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRYZL2P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSTD1, DDAH1, and HOOK2. Each is linked with CRYZL2P in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYZL2P-to-partner and partner-to-CRYZL2P results are reported.
