Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 571 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRYM-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP407, RNA5SP231, and RN7SL616P. Each is linked with CRYM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYM-to-partner and partner-to-CRYM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP407 grouped by CRYM-low versus CRYM-high in BLCA.
