Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRYM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, C-Raf_pS338, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with CRYM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYM-to-partner and partner-to-CRYM results are reported.
