Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRY2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR56A5, OR6B2, and ELOA3DP. Each is linked with CRY2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRY2-to-partner and partner-to-CRY2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR56A5 grouped by CRY2-low versus CRY2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
