Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRPPA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,672 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRPPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL36AP29, PACRG, and CENPO. Each is linked with CRPPA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRPPA-to-partner and partner-to-CRPPA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRPPA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRPPA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
