Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPL36AP29 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPL36AP29 expression is associated with patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPL36AP29 is differentially expressed in 4, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Additionally, RPL36AP29 RNA expression shows 10,030 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in GBM. Together, these results highlight THCA, KICH, and GBM as cancer lineages where RPL36AP29 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
