The most reproducible RPL36AP29-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, Negative regulation of mRNA processing, and Oxidative phosphorylation. Each is linked with RPL36AP29 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL36AP29-to-partner and partner-to-RPL36AP29 results are reported.
