Across TCGA patient cohorts, CROCC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,558 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CROCC-associated genes across cancer lineages are DRC3, KLF3-AS1, and C2orf73. Each is linked with CROCC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CROCC-to-partner and partner-to-CROCC results are reported.
