CRNN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRNN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRNN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM33, DPPA4, and FAM216B. Each is linked with CRNN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRNN-to-partner and partner-to-CRNN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM33 grouped by CRNN-low versus CRNN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRNN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRNN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
