Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRKL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,551 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRKL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-73P, TRAJ45, and FAM207CP. Each is linked with CRKL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRKL-to-partner and partner-to-CRKL results are reported.
