Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM207CP profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM207CP expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in PAAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FAM207CP is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in KIRC. Additionally, FAM207CP RNA expression shows 3,055 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight PAAD, KIRC, and TGCT as cancer lineages where FAM207CP shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
