CRIPT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRIPT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRIPT-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6780B, RNU6-315P, and RNY4P27. Each is linked with CRIPT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRIPT-to-partner and partner-to-CRIPT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6780B grouped by CRIPT-low versus CRIPT-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRIPT→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRIPT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
