CREBRF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREBRF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,460 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CREBRF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL27AP4, AIM2, and IGF2. Each is linked with CREBRF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREBRF-to-partner and partner-to-CREBRF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL27AP4 grouped by CREBRF-low versus CREBRF-high in KIRP.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CREBRF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CREBRF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
