CRBN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRBN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 932 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRBN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPCS2P2, TTTY13, and PPP3R2. Each is linked with CRBN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRBN-to-partner and partner-to-CRBN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPCS2P2 grouped by CRBN-low versus CRBN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRBN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRBN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
