Across TCGA cell cohorts, CRB2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,672 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR158, ANKRD11, and CORO7. Each is linked with CRB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRB2-to-partner and partner-to-CRB2 results are reported.
