CRABP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRABP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,907 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRABP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHGDH, CDCA8, and PTBP2. Each is linked with CRABP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRABP1-to-partner and partner-to-CRABP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRABP1 versus PHGDH in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRABP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRABP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
