Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRABP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,468 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRABP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKAR2B, CARM1P1, and SOX10. Each is linked with CRABP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRABP1-to-partner and partner-to-CRABP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRABP1 versus PRKAR2B in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRABP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRABP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
