Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CR1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,066 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CR1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSMB10, STAT1, and GBP4. Each is linked with CR1L in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CR1L-to-partner and partner-to-CR1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CR1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CR1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
