Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CR1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CR1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, Cyclin-E2, and GAPDH. Each is linked with CR1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CR1L-to-partner and partner-to-CR1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CR1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CR1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
