CR1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CR1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,951 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CR1L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are MHC class I protein complex assembly, Peptide antigen assembly with MHC class I protein complex, and Regulation of complement activation, classical pathway. Each is linked with CR1L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CR1L-to-partner and partner-to-CR1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CR1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CR1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
