Across TCGA cell cohorts, CR1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CR1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLNK, TTLL8, and MEI4. Each is linked with CR1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CR1L-to-partner and partner-to-CR1L results are reported.
