CPT1C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CPT1C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,415 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPT1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, TUBA1B, and RGPD4-AS1. Each is linked with CPT1C in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPT1C-to-partner and partner-to-CPT1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by CPT1C-low versus CPT1C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPT1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPT1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
